Thank you for using PredictX Sports ("this App"). This Privacy Policy describes how this App collects, uses, stores, and protects your data. Please read the following carefully before use.

1. Data We Collect

This App is an informational tool only — it does not accept bets or sell prediction products. The App itself does not track or record user click behavior or browsing history. We only collect the following technical identifiers:

APNs Push Identifier: A device token generated by the system when you enable push notifications (used to send high-confidence match push alerts; you can disable push at any time within the App)
Subscription Information: Subscription tier processed through Apple StoreKit (Free / Basic / Standard / Premium). Transaction records are handled by Apple; this App does not directly store credit card information.
Advertising Identifier (IDFA): Used only with your consent for Google AdMob personalized advertising (you can disable at any time via iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking)

This App does NOT collect:

email, name, Apple ID, or other personal identification information (no registration or login mechanism)
Location information
Contacts, photos, or device storage content
iOS version, device model, or other device information
In-App click behavior, browsing history, unlock records, or other usage patterns (stored only locally on your device, never uploaded to servers)

2. Data Usage

Provide daily game (MLB / NPB / CPBL / NBA / WNBA) AI prediction content
Manage member subscriptions (Free / Basic / Standard / Premium) and restore purchase functionality
Send high-confidence match push notifications (Premium users only; can be disabled anytime)
Provide Google AdMob advertising (you can disable via system settings)

3. Third-Party Services

This App uses the following third-party services:

Apple StoreKit: Process subscription payments
Google AdMob: Display advertisements (including Google User Messaging Platform for consent handling)
Cloud Backend API: Provide match data and AI predictions (located at predictx-sports-production.up.railway.app)

These services have their own privacy policies. This App is not responsible for their content.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS encryption. The backend stores only APNs device token and subscription tier (for push targeting and subscription management), without any user behavior tracking technologies. Device-side preferences (favorite teams, dark mode preferences, unlocked matches) are stored only in your iOS UserDefaults and are never uploaded to servers. Ads displayed via Google AdMob may involve cross-device tracking; you can disable this anytime in iOS Settings.

5. Data Retention

APNs push token: Retained until you uninstall the App or manually disable push notifications
Subscription tier: Retained until you uninstall the App or cancel your subscription
Device-side preferences: Can be cleared at any time by uninstalling the App
This App does not store any usage behavior history

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Query, modify, or delete your data (via iOS Settings or contact us)
Cancel your subscription (via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions)
Disable personalized advertising (via iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking)
Disable push notifications at any time (via in-App settings or iOS Settings)

7. Children's Privacy

This App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If such a situation is discovered, please contact us to delete the data.

8. Policy Changes

This policy may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be announced within the App. Continued use of this App constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
